Thailand - Koh Samui - Chaweng Beach

Koh Samui is beautiful. Getting to Thailand is a long plane trip, but totally worth it. Bungaloes 10 feet from Chaweng beach can be had for $40-$50 a night and the beach is beautiful. I flew into Bangkok for two days and then bought a ticket at the airport to Koh Samui for something like $80 each way, no reservation required. When I got to the airport for departure there were booths with brochures for each bungalow and we had them make a reservation for us. We also took a tour around the island that included a ride on an elephant and a coconut retrieving monkey. This place is a great bang for the buck. Note: Video content provided by www.insideguide.tv
